No. Nice Loans is privately owned and is not owned by a bank. We compare suitable loan options from our approved panel of more than 40 lenders. Nice Loans may receive commissions from the lenders, which are disclosed as required.
Our operations team assists with the documentation, lender communication and application updates from submission through to settlement. Suman Nepal, our principal mortgage broker, will oversee the credit assistance process.
Before we submit an application, we review the available information to identify potential serviceability, documentation & lender-policy issues. This helps in preparing the application and avoiding any unnecessary submissions. However, it doesn't guarantee approval or prevent a lender's credit enquiry from being recorded.
In most standard residential home loan cases, borrowers do not pay Nice Loans fee because we receive a commission from the lender. Fees may apply to certain loan types or complex applications. Any applicable broker fee, lender fee or commission relevant to your application will be disclosed before proceeding.
