Home Loan Appointment Booking

This 60 minutes appointment is for your need analysis so that I can understand what you need from your home loan. This is a first step and depending on availability of all required documents, we can provide you with 3 most suitable loan products on the same day or within 24 hours.

To ensure we can get started straight away, please bring the following documentation to your appointment:
• Your most recent PAYG Payment Summary.
• Two recent pay slips.
• For Self Employed – Please bring two years of personal and business tax returns and ATO assessments, including P&L statements.
• Two photo ID documents – Driver’s Licence, and Passport or Birth Certificate.
• Your last 3 Credit Card statements (if you have a credit card).
• Your superannuation statements.
• Your Home and Contents Insurance Policy documentation.

If you’re refinancing an existing home loan please bring below documents in addition to above:
• Six months of statements for all the home loans and/or credit cards you wish to be refinanced.
• Your most recent council rate notice, and your building insurance policy document.
• Your most recent strata notice (if applicable).

If you’re buying a new home (including First Home Buyers) please bring:
• Bank statements for the last six months, showing evidence of your savings history.
• Evidence of any term deposits, shares and other investments you may have (statements, certificates etc.).
• Details of the property to be purchased (if known).

If you’re building a new home please bring:
• A copy of the construction plan, specifications and builder’s fixed price tender (if available) including builder’s license number, insurance, and council approved plan.

If you’re investing in property please bring:
• Details of any existing investment property income – a copy of the lease agreement, rent appraisal or evidence of receipt of rental income.
• If you’re buying your first investment property – bring any details of the property to be purchased (if available).
