To ensure we can get started straight away, please bring the following documentation to your appointment:
A copy of the construction plan, specifications and builder's fixed price tender (if applicable) including builder's licence number, insurance, and council-approved plan.
Details in any existing investment property income - a copy of the lease agreement, rent appraisal or evidence of receipt of rental income.
If you're buying your first investment property - bring any details of the property to be purchased (if available).
